Personnel Committee Evesham Town Council

The Personnel Committee meets quarterly to discuss various issues including training of employees, ensuring that as Employers the Town Council meets its statuary obligations and is up to date with all relevant employment law.

Personnel Committee
The Personnel Committee looks after the staff, their welfare, operational issues and other such items.  The personnel committee consists of 6 members including the Mayor and Deputy Mayor.  It meets quarterly and is clerked by the Town Clerk.  This committee deals with:
(a) Administrative matters. 
(b) The terms and conditions of employment of the Council’s staff, excluding the Town Clerk/RFO/Proper Officer (see below). 
(c) Any other matters affecting the Council staff and the personnel policies of the Council. 
 (d) The terms and conditions of employment of the Town Clerk/RFO/Proper Officer. 
(e) Any policy issues connected with the Council staff.

 

This committee deals with:

(a) Administrative matters. 

(b) The terms and conditions of employment of the Council’s staff

(c) Any other matters affecting the Council staff and the personnel policies of the Council. 

(d) The terms and conditions of employment of the Town Clerk/RFO/Proper Officer. 

(e) Any policy issues connected with the Council staff.
